President Trump, being interviewed by Piers Morgan made comments about semi-automatic weapons being “entertainment”.
In the interview, Morgan asked Trump about gun violence in America, specifically why a private citizen needs a semi-automatic AR-15 assault rifle in their home.
“Well, a lot of them use them for entertainment, they do,” Trump said.
“Are guns entertainment?” Morgan responded.
“For some people, it’s entertainment, they go out and they shoot and they go to ranges and they have a tremendous amount of fun,” the president answered.
Chelsea Handler, well known Constitutional Lawyer and multiple Ivy League Law School Graduate, immediately posted on her Twitter feed, followed by tens of people, that, “Trump telling Piers Morgan that semi-automatic guns are for entertainment is grounds for impeachment. There are thousands of parents grieving and he calls guns entertainment.”
I see. Trump has a different view on weapons than she does and has the unmitigated gall to express it to a media hack with a greater following she ever has had.
I’d love to see the line drawing of this logic. I’d like to see historical and legal documents where saying something SHE doesn’t like qualifies as a high crime or misdemeanor and rises to an impeachable offense. Who does this psychotic, not-funny bitch think she is? Her bloated and misplaced sense of self importance pushes all of the air from the room.
She should have called it hate speech. It would make much more sense towards her ridiculous grounds for impeachment than just making the logic jump she has. She doesn’t like what he said. Therefore, the President should be impeached.
THIS is how unhinged these leftists are. They are no longer tethered to any semblance of reality. They want what they want regardless of precedence, rule of law, tradition, or public opinion.
The thing is, most of them even recognize this troubling character flaw about themselves. But they no longer care. They know the length of the news cycle, combined with the attention span of the average person, multiplied by their laziness against doing actual reading/research is in their favor.
They longer mask their longing to kill babies at any point of the birthing cycle, even after “canal passage”. (I’m guessing having a cab driver ram the carriage in the hospital parking lot is still a bridge too far, but we’ll get there.”) The Mueller report says there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. The left says the absence of evidence proves there was collusion. The left in Congress want to financially dissect Trump. He tells them to take their subpoenas and pound sand. They call that obstruction. Meanwhile, Elijah Cummings’ wife pays her non taxable charity funds (read: salary) from her taxable LLC. They no longer offer even remotely legal or logical reasons for impeachment. They just want him gone. They can’t accept, nearly three years on, that Billary ran a lousy campaign, was singularly loathed and thus, unelectable, and was denied the coronation they all thought was in the bag. Then, the coup the FBI plotted and activated also failed. The left will do and say anything towards this goal. I bet they all cheated at Monopoly as kids.
There’s a heap lot of trouble brewing on the horizon, folks. I’m almost 60. I won’t be around for much of it. But you young’uns… this is your world. How free to you want to live? Toiling forever on your knees, or fighting and scrapping against the machine on your feet?
